Is pickup really free?
Yes, for most e-waste from societies, offices and schools — no minimum quantity. For bulk or high-value scrap, we may offer to buy it instead of a free pickup; we'll tell you which applies before we come.
Do you buy scrap, or is it always a free pickup?
Both. Most e-waste is picked up free with a Collection Acknowledgement provided. For larger quantities or valuable scrap, ask on WhatsApp — we'll assess the items and tell you whether buying is available.
Which areas do you cover?
Kalyan, Dombivali, Ulhasnagar and Navi Mumbai right now. If you're just outside these, message us anyway — we're expanding.
What do I get after a pickup?
A Collection Acknowledgement — a simple document confirming Ecobin Waste collected the listed e-waste items from you on the specified date. It's handed over right after your items are logged.
What exactly do you collect?
Anything with a plug, battery or circuit board — laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, servers, phones, cables, batteries, ACs, fridges and other appliances.
How do I book a pickup?
Use the booking form on this page, or tap the WhatsApp button and send your society or office name and a rough quantity. We'll confirm a pickup date and bring our own transport.
Do you work with corporates and schools too?
Yes — housing societies, IT offices, schools and corporates are our main focus, especially those without an existing vendor.
